Information we collect

• Contact enquiries. When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email, and message you submit so we can reply.
• Accounts. If you sign in, we store the email (and, where provided, name and avatar) from your chosen sign-in method (Google, GitHub, or an email magic link) to create and secure your account.
• AI Maturity Map. When you complete the free assessment, we process the answers you give to generate your results. If you provide an email to unlock the full dashboard, we store it to send and reference your results.
• Usage analytics. We collect aggregate, privacy-friendly usage data (such as page views and device type) to understand what is useful. This does not identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to you, provide and improve the services you ask for, secure your account, and understand how the site is used in aggregate. We do not sell your personal information, and we will never spam you.

Cookies & analytics

We keep cookies to a minimum. The only cookies the site relies on are essential ones that keep you signed in and protect forms against abuse. These are required for the site to work. Our usage analytics are designed to be cookieless and do not track you across other sites. If we ever enable additional analytics that set non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site, and only as needed: our hosting and analytics platform, our email delivery provider (to send and receive your messages), our managed database provider (to store accounts and results), and the sign-in provider you choose. We do not share your information with advertisers.

Storage & retention

Your data is stored on reputable cloud infrastructure and kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you: just email us and we will action it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above.
